I know everyone says that it's what's on the inside that counts, and it is! But in my humble opinion, the outside often reflects how we are feeling on the inside. Often we can't help but feel depressed and sad about things that we can't control, but we CAN help what we look like on the outside. And I have found that when I look good, I have more confidence and in turn feel better about myself, even if my circumstances remain the same.
Looking good can slowly lead to more self confidence, which is such a huge support to living the life that we all want to live for ourselves. So this blog will contain tips that I have found helpful in making myself look my best, and therefore feeling my best. A lot of people have told me that they struggle to even know how to put together an outfit and know what looks good, so this blog will offer helpful tips to you if you find yourself in that category as well. I'm excited about all of the different topics I have prepared and can't wait to get started!! Here's to looking and feeling better!

ReplyDeleteIt is interesting that you talk more about perceptions of body image than the actual body unto itself. I think that is spot on. Often, the perception of our body is askew from what our body actually is like. I have some friends that keep a pretty amazing blog and their theme of the month is "body image."
